Hill Organisation for People’s Education was created by Mrs. Brinah Prabhakaran and Mr. Prem Prabhakaran with a vision to support children and women across Tamil Nadu.
In 2014, they began a children’s home and a home for elderly women in Tuticorin, bringing food, shelter, education, medical care, and affection into everyday life.
